Today marks 90 lbs gone.
And I've lost another 5.5 inches this month, so, while I didn't make it under 150 this week, I'm still very happy with where I wound up.

This is no good. During the week I get down to160-161 then on my 2 days off I eat cause I’m bored and gain it all back. I’m trying to lose weight before my surgery I am more than 10 pounds from where I want to be.2 -

I know it can be a stryggle at times. I'm having the same issue; we just have to keep focus on our ultimate goals and keep on trying and not give up.1 -

@IanMoone30 I ate out of boredom a lot too, as well as to try and cover up my depression.
Do you have any hobbies? Need to find something that’ll will keep you busy and out of the kitchen. It’s helpful especially in front of the television to keep busy.
I know it’s not always as simple as that and somethings don’t work for everyone but it’s worth a shot. 😊

I’m feeling a little dehydrated and have been slacking on my water intake, so my weight might be artificially low, but still happy with the number. I’ve been mostly lurking and liking/hugging on this thread, but I’ve been following along. This group is very motivating!3 -

@gjaholy33 I like pizza a lot. I found a lower carb, calorie option. I eat a 1/4 of it and it satisfies my need for pizza. It’s still not the healthiest option but I eat it without guilt because I know it’s a better option than what I could choose.

Yes it is Becky, but once you make it a habit of staying hydrated your body will let you know when you need water.0 -
