Feeling horrible today so I went to the Dr. Definitely confirmed a sinus infection, and my nose and throat are completely swollen and irritated. Was prescribed a round of antibiotics and nasal spray. Just resting today. Hopefully will start feeling better tomorrow. I missed working out and tracking most of this week ๐3 -

NSV- I did not stress eat leftover ice cream cake thatโs in the freezer today. My oldest had a scary night with uncontrollable coughing and trouble breathing last night. Today she was diagnosed with the flu. We all got flu shots, so Iโm hoping we all donโt get sick.0

So exhausted going bed early but got 8hrs sleep last night๐๐พ
Good night can't even post my dairy tonight cause since I had two doctor's appointments I didn't eat enough only 972 calories although I made sure this time I ate dinner before I laid down and I carried 100 calorie snack for lunch but gave one to my therapist trying to be nice and I was hungry for the rest of the day but anyway other than than that my day was successful plus my ENDOSCOPY procedure biosy results were negative YAY! TOMORROW'S ANOTHER DAY!!1 -

Exercise: 7700 steps walking + 30 minutes exercise bike (7.5 miles)
I saw my doctor today and she wants me to do shorter workouts on the exercise bike but at a higher intensity. I had gotten kind of complacent and wasn't doing a true cardiac workout. So, today I did 20 minutes while keeping my heart rate between 110 and 120. I then did an easier 10 minute ride. My blood pressure was great today 116/59.....and I hadn't even taken my bp medication yet.

Took my son back to DMV to take his road test. This time he passed.
I could not control myself yesterday and had some ice cream after dinner ๐คฌ. Today is a new day!!!
YAY! WOO-HOO! So happy he passed but please do not beat yourself on having ice cream we all need a treat now and then it's all about moderation and not depriving yourself.0 -

I started March with a bad end to February. I binged while out with customers and went to 247.8 to start March. That's kind of cheating though because I should lose the 4 lbs I gained fairly quickly. ๐0
