At last there's a bit of movement. I am eating at the new deficit that mfp set when I put in my new stats. Hopefully I'm past the plateau now but we'll see next week 😊
    Nice loss!

I haven’t been posting my daily posts for 2 weeks now and I’ve fallen WAAAAAYYYY off course. Between, a new job and a newly injured knee, I haven’t been as responsible as I was when I checked in with you guys daily. But I’m back!!!!

Besides swimming, what are some things I can do to get my cardio in without bending my knee?
Glad your back!! Hope your knee is feeling better soon.

    PW: 233.2

This is a lot of water weight loss. I'm probably more like 230. I will probably gain next week. But it's fun to look at for now. I haven't been in the 220's for YEARS.
    Nice loss!!!!

It’s cold here again. Just barely making it above freezing. I did attempt to get to the gym, but it was closed for MLK Day. Trying to decide if I can brave this weather with a run outside.

I think there are some good "chair aerobics" exercise videos on YouTube---maybe Google them.... I know someone here had recommended them previously. At least you can get an upper body workout in--- and there maybe some good yoga videos there also--- IDK how much you can move right now though. I hope you heal fast! Take care of yourself.

Well I decided to go for it. I bundled up and lasted 43 min before I said enough. Almost 3 Miles. Not to bad.

    Well done! :)

@CindyJNC1963 Great job!! And you'd be surprised, you lose fat and the cells fill that with water (as a placeholder) because your body is convinced you're going to refill that cell with fat so rather than shrinking down, it holds water for a while and then you lose that water when it finally gives up that you're going to refill that cell with fat, and then you lose extra pounds, it's why you can see huge seemingly random drops on the scale some weeks and others nothing....

@SaletaS I would look at chair exercises, you can create cardio out of strength training in the mean time. Anything that gets your heart rate up can constitute as cardio and some exercise is always better than no exercise!

I'm in school mode, terribly busy but I've been feeling crappy since Saturday. It's that time of the month so bloating and cramps. Oh well. I feel better today
