Long days and longer nights here... not getting in a lot of exercise since I’m burning the midnight oil.. but I’ve been staying under cals. These last 10 lbs are up and down, up and down.
Making a bigger effort this week to get to gym and eat more nutrient dense foods. And more water 💦!

Are you sure about fasting? I've done it and it's quite extreme... our mind throughout evolution tried to avoid it... maybe try to find easier ways to lose weight? Wishing you all the best!1 -

I agree, I worked my way into fasting, shaving off time in my eating window as I went. Took me months to be able to go a whole day and sometimes I still can't do it, like this Friday, I wasn't feeling good, so I ate.0 -

Just a heads up, if you miss 2 weigh ins in a row, unfortunately you will be eliminated, you can still add weights from last week and they will still count up until I post the weekly results, and even if you post after, it will prevent the elimination.

So that’s 5lbs for the month. I had a moment of frustration when I realized that, but that would still be 60lbs for the year if I keep this pace. It’s frustrating to have so much to lose, but I didn’t get here in a month (or a year) so I need to patient.

After a day of traveling driving 7 hrs. helping my daughter and her family move boxes. I am back home weighted myself this morningand am down 2 lbs. Made good chocies on the roadand drank losts of water and coffee4

Hey guys, is there any returning team member who'd like to become a Co-Captain?
I've been feeling a bit under the weather for a few days and I feel like I've been letting you guys down, and that got me thinking, it might not be a bad idea to go back to the days where we had a Co-Captain. Also, the last week of the challenge is also a bit more involved for me as I start the new spreadsheet for the month and enter in all the registrations and I think it would be helpful to me if I had another pair of hands helping me to keep up. The duties are simple, enter the weights into the current month's sheet and help to keep the team motivated.
