    Got in a 30 min walk pulling the wagon with my boys, then playtime at the playground! Exceeded my heart points and almost at my move minutes for the day!

    So that’s 5lbs for the month. I had a moment of frustration when I realized that, but that would still be 60lbs for the year if I keep this pace. It’s frustrating to have so much to lose, but I didn’t get here in a month (or a year) so I need to patient.

    This is the first time I have gained weight since I joined the challenge so I can't complain too much. I'm not worried. I am exercising and keeping my calories down so I know this is just a weird blip in the weight loss trend chart. Next week will be much better.

    @CindyJNC1963 It's a normal part of the process, the trick is not letting it get to you, something I still have a hard time with myself.

    Thank you Cindy. I’ve been reading more labels. Would I subtract both soluble and insoluble fiber?

    Exactly.
    One thing to mention, it has to be attached to that food. Like you can't eat a bunch of fiber pills during the day and subtract it from your total...
