Got in a 30 min walk pulling the wagon with my boys, then playtime at the playground! Exceeded my heart points and almost at my move minutes for the day!

Long days and longer nights here... not getting in a lot of exercise since I’m burning the midnight oil.. but I’ve been staying under cals. These last 10 lbs are up and down, up and down.
Making a bigger effort this week to get to gym and eat more nutrient dense foods. And more water 💦!

So that’s 5lbs for the month. I had a moment of frustration when I realized that, but that would still be 60lbs for the year if I keep this pace. It’s frustrating to have so much to lose, but I didn’t get here in a month (or a year) so I need to patient.Username: papenny1

CW: 230.1 TWO pounds heavier today than I was yesterday...booo.
This is the first time I have gained weight since I joined the challenge so I can't complain too much. I'm not worried. I am exercising and keeping my calories down so I know this is just a weird blip in the weight loss trend chart. Next week will be much better.3 -

One thing to mention, it has to be attached to that food. Like you can't eat a bunch of fiber pills during the day and subtract it from your total...0
