Had two yesterday: Ran all the intervals in my training program (a total of nine minutes, 2 of those for 3 straight minutes) Walked into quicksilver for new flipflops and spotted swimsuits on sale. Grabbed a large top and bottom and paid. Didn't even feel a need to try them on, I was that confident. They fit perfectly.

I'd say consult your doctor for the best possible advice on this but maybe in the meantime look for ways to add electrolytes to your water to balance out your sodium levels. I get great hydration packets from costco - they're 20 calories but mostly electrolytes and they taste good.

I lost 75 pounds and have been bouncing in the same 15 pound range since last June. I still need to lose another 75 but thankfully almost back to the bottom of that range. My mini-goal is to get through this plateau and get to the 80 pound mark.

@Dory_42 Yeah that makes sense. My main concern is that it does adjust my calories based on my fitbit. I don't want to count more calories exercised than I've earned. Logging food is no problem but I feel like double counting the exercise would be cheating lol.

Hey does anyone know if we have to log exercise? For today it's fine because I did weights but there are a lot of days where I will be doing long walks as my exercise.
