Great thread. I have psoriasis all over my legs and irritable bowel syndrome. My doctor said it's an allergy to gluten so I'm slowly cutting stuff out. Recently in love with gluten free pasta.

Someone told me I should eat 6 servings of lettuce a day with nothing on it. Then when u lose weight u can add a little meat. He said his daughter lost 79 pounds. Technically he was telling me to starve myself. Some people. Sigh. Counting calories help me lose weight.

When I lost weight on weightwatchers before I gained it back a male friend saw me while passing me in my neighborhood and said " u look different, by the way never complain about your boobs! They r nice!" I lost weight and still had my boobs but that made me laugh at the same time uncomfortable. I'm back to losing these 70…

I think it's awesome. I'm getting s personal trainer in a few weeks and I will show her what I want to work on. I'm glad strong lifts.com have videos that I can show to her.

I mostly want to work on my arms to get rid of my flab.

If I'm hungry in the evening after work I save like 300 Cals during the Day when I'm not so hungry. It's definitly helpful to save so you won't feel guilt later.

I eat after 7pm. I save about 400 calories for nightly snacking. It helps tremendously since I'm not hungry during the day and only at night.

I want to lose 100 lbs. everyone says I will look sick if I'm 120 but I'm not listening to them. I am eating 1900 calories a day to lose .5 a week. I am doing I t the healthy way. if I like myself at 150ish ill stay there but if I feel I still need to lose more I will lose more!
