I got it! It adjusted. Then it qas wiped out. And finally it was put back in with the right numbers. Thanks

MFP gave me 2250 first on 1.5 pounds a week projection, which was thw maximum loss allowed by the app and because of my 7 lbs loss in 2 weeks increased it to 2950. I adjust it manually, but I feel fine. Now 1700 calories is before the app addscalories due to exercise

Just to clarify, the transition is not based on losing weight but feel better about the quality of calories intake. I see I dont have enough iron and calcium in my daily diet, but prefer to avoid dairy products. Any suggestions?

It is a day by day situation. Today I had to say no to buffet lunch with a friend since my first two meals were calories rich. I avoid cheat meals or days until I reach my goals, but dont say no to a craving rather enjoy it and make it up in the gym and/or throughout the next few days by reducing the overall calories…
