My buddy's wife made me a cake a couple of weeks ago for my bday, she's into fitness/nutrition and does cakes as a side business, she made it as "healthy" as a cake as a cake can possibly be she said. I didn't ask what all went into it (didn't care), it tasted pretty good but you could tell it was missing some things that…

It is a disorder, it is not your fault, if you cannot stop or help it seek out professional medical help.

Low carb protein powders are your friends, I like VPX Zero Carb SRO - Serious Chocolate

I'm consuming around 2400-2500 now to maintain 145lbs, I have a very high activity level/metabolism. Just came off a cutting phase of 1200kcal/day
-
For how long now? I went almost 4 months on <100g/day then dropped down to <30g for 5 days for the final shred, lost 52lbs and achieved 6% bodyfat

Here's an allowed/not allowed/in moderation food chart to help y'all out:

The UA Band of course. Before that I was using the little known ZeBracelet2 by Swiss company Kronoz which I also liked for it's built in speaker/mic for music/phone calls..I felt like a secret agent!
-
How long have you been doing this? 90 days is usually the standard to see a visible reduction in body/belly fat.

You didn't specify what type of drinks you have. Beer has several low carb, low calorie choices - Budweiser Select 55, Michelob Ultra, Miller Genuine Draft 64 to name a few, I prefer Guinness and Sam Adams Nitro Coffee Stout, heavy thick beers but decently low in carbs/calories. Straight hard liquor doesn't have any carbs…

Well..it's possible but it's not easy! I weighed 135lbs my senior year, I'm 45yrs old now and I hit 136lbs last Wednesday after dieting down from 188lbs March 1st. Of course this weight can't be maintained but briefly, I was totally depleted, after I carbed back up I shot up to 147lbs (current). I can comfortably live at…

Biceps with legs being a close 2nd

LOL..your not going to have to worry about looking like that unless your going to get some "special" help, even the "natural" competitors who get decently big/cut have achieved that through years and years of hard work. I've been at it on and off (mostly on) for 18 years and you see what I've achieved.
-
If it's working for you don't change it. You didn't state your calorie intake but I'm assuming your in a deficit so be sure to keep it that way to continue to lean out. I recently did an ultra cut/rip where I got my bodyfat down as low as I could then lowered my carbs to <30g/day for 5 days then did a 30hr food fast. It…

8hrs 50min this month thus far...I better slow down

Never heard of this Muscle Food of which you speak, I buy a lot of meat from Omaha Steaks but I'll definitely check out this MF, thanks.
