You are on the right path, you have had a wake up call like me. Loved it when I saw the paper from the doctor and it said "morbidly obese". those words stick with you. You have to do it for YOU, that is what is important but in the long run it will be for your parents as well when your energy returns and you feel better…

Day 4, not so good-tired and fell off the wagon at dinner. Tomorrow is a new day and maybe extra TIME on the exercise bike-atoning for my sins-lol...Day 1-3 were good...tomorrow is a new day

Day 4 was not very good, had a weak moment and too tired at the end of the day to cook, so pizza was not the best choice-ugh

Your pic is beautiful. I niece has the same build, but she lost a lot of weight (and gained it back) and it was an amazing transformation. Remember also, it's the inner beauty that really counts, how you treat others, your heart. Keep working on it and before you know it you will feel beautiful from the inside out!

I understand the doctor's order thing, but remember we are doing this for us, no one else controls what we put in our mouth. I am on my 3rd day and it was a little harder but it sure is making me more aware. You can do it.

Day 2 completed...think I can do this...I gained calories because of yard work and 20 min. on exercise bike...ready for day 3.....
