this is my wake up call

im here because the doctor told me if i dont change my diet i will lose my stomach and never eat food again.i am a serial dieter ive done it all weight watchers, medical weight loss, anorexia and bulimia the only success i had was being bulimic..this is also why i might lose my stomach..i now have a restricted diet to aid in healing a very large stomach ulcer that never healed from my younger years when i was bulimic and years of drinking pop on top of that has put me in my situation today..i am almost 300 lbs now with diabetes and high blood pressure...i am very unhealthy and am the only person available to take care of my parents and i need to get healthy to continue my care for them.this is a journey ive started several times and have not completed without cheating which only caused more problems. those who are optimistic, jumped these hurdles before or are fighting the same battle advice is welcome.thank you.

I don't really have specific advice for you regarding your health needs, but wanted to wish you all the best! You CAN do it! Keep communicating with your doctors(s) and others who are supportive of you making changes to your health -- you are worth it!

Don't quit! This really is a journey and if you learn to take control of your food you can stretch this journey for many decades. Read this --> http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/comment/36742565#Comment_36742565

You are on the right path, you have had a wake up call like me. Loved it when I saw the paper from the doctor and it said "morbidly obese". those words stick with you. You have to do it for YOU, that is what is important but in the long run it will be for your parents as well when your energy returns and you feel better about YOU. You are here and that is the first step. Log in every time you eat, that is what I have been doing and it has not even been a week. Yes, I have already had a weak moment, as they say like falling off of a bike. Get back on.
