Yeah running on sand is much, much more energy sapping than running on pavement. As mentioned...you'll definitely need to practice on sand if at all possible!

I can confirm the Abilify mention above...I was taking Respiridone for a couple of years and gained about 25 lbs...I moved onto Abilify about 6 months ago and can confirm that I have been able to lose weight when I have cleaned up my diet and trained regularly so perhaps see if you can move over to this medication if…

You said great results but the scales aren't moving. By great results you mean a change in body shape? If so then perhaps you are building some muscle which weighs more than fat....body composition is much more important than your actual weight. I have to totally agree here, I think your legs look nice and slim...doesn't look like there's any fat to lose there! Perhaps try weight training as mentioned to firm them up a little bit if you think that is needed.
