I totally agree! Even store bought cakes taste too sweet and artificial.

I can't eat premade marinara sauce anymore. It is way too sweet and watery. I now buy cans of salt free tomato sauce and add fresh tomatoes & other fresh veggies. My boyfriend seems to like the change as well. It's also waaaaay cheaper!

Not trying to be mean, an I hate to be the only one, but I'm not a huge fan. I like a little scruff, but not into the lumberjack look

Except for short walks, I don't do cardio; just strength & yoga. I have weak lungs from a childhood disease and have a hard time breathing outside when it's cold or windy. Strength such as squats and lunges build muscle mass, while the yoga keeps from bulking up too much.

When making sloppy joes, cut up a banana and put it in the pan with the meat & sauce. The sweetness is really really good!

His family are all huge meat eaters and even after 5 years, my diet is still the main topic of discussion. It makes me still feel like an outsider and that I can't fit in. I always have to bring my own food to meals because…

I don't eat fast food, but that's because I don't like it and I'm vegetarian. The only chips/salty snacks I'll eat are pretzels and sometimes tortilla chips. It may say no trans fat in things like Doritos and Cheetos, but what they don't say, is that there's not enough in their one serving to require them to put it on the…
