I ate a late breakfast so it was more like a lunch(I did a fasted workout in the morning). It was: 2 bananas, 1 Apple, 100g or grapes, 1 orange, and a serving of plain oatmeal with cinnamon. It would be very hard to do that unless you were literally eating pure sugar. Even if you ate only fruit all day you'd get an okay amount of protein and fat

Lol I usually eat about 1000% over and I've never had a problem with it. Whatever vitamin c your body doesn't need just gets peed out.

Try a balanced, plant based diet. Sticking to, fruits, veggies, starches, legumes etc and cutting out the animal products will help your blood cholesterol a lot. Do some research, read 'Whole' by Colin Campbell, watch Forks over knives(it's on Netflix), and see what you think.

Define "enough". Because of all the advertising of meat and egg products, people tend to think they need a lot more protein than they really do. If you get enough calories, you'll be getting enough protein because all food has at least some protein (most plant based foods have about 5-15% of their calories in protein). We…

Dates and bananas are great, cheap, calorie dense, and energizing snacks. Avocados are great to bring with you for an on the go meal(maybe eat with some toast or something) The Vegan Corner on YouTube has some great easy recipes. Good luck !!
