It's hard to say, because typically you are taking creatine at a time that you're going to be seeing strength gains anyway, I.e when you're bulking, hitting the gym harder etc. That being said I feel like it gives me a bigger pump at least.

I think of loving my body the way that you love another person you care about. You should love them despite any imperfections, but you should also want the best for them. I take care of my body by being a healthy weight and by exercising BECAUSE I love it and it want it to stay strong, resilient and healthy.
