What are your stats OP? A few years ago I had the same issue... Family trying to feed me all the time telling me to stop exercising so much told me I was being ridiculous as I didn't need to lose weight Turns out they were right and I developed an eating disorder and poor health Are you positive there not just looking out…
-
You work at Subway!? Could be worse...

Hi OP I have the exact same job as you, I have been there for 5 years and I too had the same issue as you for a little while, just constantly picking and eating the food (not frowned upon at my work so it's even harder to stop lol) I have a particular weakness for their sweet morning teas! Anyway what I did is treated it…

I was on pred for months and lost a lot of weight! It isn't the drug that makes you gain weight, it is just that it increases appetite which can lead to over eating and weight gain. Just stick to your calories and you'll be fine!
-
Because I feel as though I am at a good weight now and don't want it to increase because of this
-
I'm not sure how many calories I had today I have stopped logging because I don't really want to lose weight, just eat healthy. I am 168cm/63kg
-
Hey i am exactly the same!! 168cm at 63kg I have been trying to lose that last little bit but I agree it's really hard No motivation here either!!
-
No I'm 5'6" 138lbs and I feel fat!!! But everyone's frame and structure is different. I think 145 is a very reasonable goal
-
No never any weight gain I think that's a load of rubbish!!!
-
Yeah he knows but that thread isn't about that it's about the substitution with food
-
Yeah I know, but I think it's an intimacy thing
-
It put me in hospital.

Wow Thankyou for such a great reply! I think this will help me (and hopefully others too
-
I know 1200 is the lowest setting. If you are exercising too this is a huge deficit are you sure this is safe?
-
Thank you for your reply My calories are set at 1690 as it is and after a boxing session I can have over 1900 calories and I jut feel like this is too much to lose weight!
-
Wow congrats on the loss!!
-
I've put my activity level as lightly active so hopefully it balances out
