Same weight but look bigger
Hi I don't log calories anymore as I am happy with my weight I have been working out pretty intensely a couple of times a week for a few months now... The thing is I have stayed the same weight (which is fine) but I feel like I look bigger than I did before? Why???

Double calorie meals at dinner time!!!
