If your not losing as fast as you want.... Be patient!!!

Hi everyone
I have been using mfp off and on for a few months, the reason I kept givin up is because I was getting more and more disheartened that I was doing everything mfp told me to eating right, exercising and not losing any weight
But last time I just pushed on..... And now that I have been eating relatively healthy and workin out vigorously twice and week and gently a coupe more times a week I have noticed real changes in my body!!!
I have not actually lost anything on the scales but my body has definayley changed!! I have more muscle and less fat and abs for the first time in my life!!!
So for all those who aren't losing any weight or not losing as fast as you want KEEP GOING!!! I promise if you stick with it you will reach your goals, even if you don't lose weight you will look better and defiantly feel better

It takes time. You don't gain weight overnight, it's not going to go away overnight. I have been stuck at 200 lbs. for over two months, but I'm close to an ideal weight, for me. I can't see the changes as much as others, because we are our own worst critics.1
