I, too, have a TBI from car accident 3 yrs ago suffering thoracic whiplash and concussion. Exercise is hard when the body suffers from aphasia and extreme fatigue. Hope we can coax each other along!! 💕

Already I’m struggling! Today I was with concussion headache after listening to an audiobook yesterday... dizzy and slept most of the day away!! Needless to say...no steps, no workout and poor eating!! Dang-it!! Monday will be a better day 🤞🏻🤞🏻 How was everyone else’s weekend?!

So I’m attempting to walk 5k each day, and keep my meals more on the healthier side, and yes Claire, not as much snacking! My hubby also loves baking!! I’ve over indulged for too long!! 😉

Motivation is my problem! I have great ideas at night, thinking I’ll get up and do something but when that alarm goes off at 630... I just hit snooze and continue until it’s 730 and have to rush through shower to get to work on time! Why can’t I make myself do this...?

Hi! I’m turning 50 in 19 days!! I’m definitely in beginning stages of menopause for the last 6 months. Im the only one of my friends to show symptoms. I’m trying to lose some lbs and deal with feeling not myself more often than not! Looking for friends with similar!
