I started out with my problem, but didn't really introduce myself!
Hello everyone! I'm a 49 y/o wife, mom, and grandmother of 3 amazing children. I'm disabled due to a TBI sustained as a teenager, so I keep to myself most of the time. My only "outing" is my recent return to the gym. I ride 10 miles a day at between 80-90 RPM's in order to sweat and get cardio in. I'm not in good health so losing this weight and exercising my lungs is critical. Looking for all the support and tips from menopausal dieters I can get. I look forward to getting to know some of you.

I, too, have a TBI from car accident 3 yrs ago suffering thoracic whiplash and concussion. Exercise is hard when the body suffers from aphasia and extreme fatigue. Hope we can coax each other along!! 💕0
