I am not low fat as a matter of fact I go over my fats most days. I just eat nutrient dense foods and when I'm really ravenous I eat closers to maintenance or I use cooking hacks to eat more but stay within my allotted calories for the day. Not complicated at all !

Nope...just kind of overreacted here. I will work on this but you reminded me that I should see a Dr to have a blood panel done ( I have never had one done) but it could be used as a po into of reference to see where I'm at.

I think I am being that I eat such a variety of nutrients dense foods but I just kind of jumped the gun on this one without exercising much critical thinking. I will further look into everything and reevaluate things. Thanks for your help !

I never claimed to use protein bars as essential supplements. Thanks for your input. I agree that some protein bars are not any better than snickers. As far as my diet is concerned nothing is off limits within reason.
