    Even if you're not into the taste of tofu, you can whizz silken tofu into smoothies which adds a good whack of protein and gives a lovely texture as well as not having a strong flavor.

    Baked banana oatmeal, then topped with nut butter, chia seeds, sliced fruit, etc. Probably better for mornings when you're not in a rush though, but I like that you whip it up then put it in the oven while you do other things.
