I think my chest is probably the only one i havent made progress with yet, i have gotten my arms and back stronger and i think my legs are stronger too but yeah my chest is the only thing i struggle with

Im on no program i just go to the gym and try to lower carbs and all kind of sugars.

Im not that new ive been lifting for like 4 months but ive had this bad habit of asking the gym trainer what to do everyday and i feel like its getting annoying for him and embarasing for me even though it is his job.

Thanks, i honestly hate cardio i just do a little to warm up for my workout thats why i do crunches before and after my workout

But why would i want muscle if the fat will still be there?
