It may be a scam but I take that stuff if I feel like I'm about to get sick. It has worked for me. It was just a suggestion.

I seriously recommend AirBorne or EmergenC. I some how managed to avoid the cold/flu and I go to work, gym, and have nephews who are constantly sick (*knock on wood*). EmergenC saves me every year. At the first sign of something coming on, I drink a full glass of that stuff.

I feel like your maintenance calories can go up some at your height for sure. Maybe try and increase your calories about 25-50 per week or two and see if you can get those maintenance calories back up!

That's sweet. Thank you. That was during my higher eating days (close to 3000 calories) so I'm happy to have lost some more fluff since dropping to 2500.

Just rest and try to pin point why you keep getting sick? Are you lacking some nutrients? Do you have kiddos? Maybe start stocking up on some EmergenC so you don't get sick again!

I pay more attention to macros than I do calories because sometimes the calories don't match up to the macros. But that's just me. I like to make sure I'm getting in enough protein and fat.

Everyone carries weight differently. I'm taller than you and wear a size 12 but a size medium in shirts. haha My tata's went away when I lost weight.

I'm 6'0". Goal weight is 170 right now (currently around 175 and 23%BF). I've been as low as 165 but starting weight was 190. I'm sort of maintaining but if I lose along the way, then that's fine. I'm eating around 2500 calories.

One of my binge foods is halo top ice cream. I eat a whole pint but the pints are only 240-360 calories so even when I eat the whole thing, it's not as bad as a whole pint of ben and jerrys

This is how I feel. The more you get to eat during a bulk, the harder it is to cut. I used to eat 1300-1600 calories and it was manageable. Now, I find it hard to eat less than 2100. ugh

I can't answer this for you but if it makes you feel better, it ignores height for tall people as well. My BMR is 1650 and it says to lose 2 lbs a week, I would have to eat 1200 calories which is way less than my BMR. No Way Jose!! I would put my body in a total panic if I ate that low.

I have a condition called Hypothalamic Amenorrhea. It's caused from under eating, over exercising, stress to the body by both of these things and carb restriction. Thank you. I understand that. However, some people don't know that. When I first started on hear, I set my activity to lightly active because I was working out 7 days a week but I had a sit down job. I set it at lightly active and then ate back my exercise calories.

I was a big advocate of not eating back my exercise calories for this past year but now, I've done more harm than good to my body by doing that. I thought since I was tracking my macros for say 1600 calories that I should always eat 1600 calories even if I burn 500-600. So, I was inevitably hurting my body that whole time.…

Agreed that eating under 1000 is not healthy. Typically, if you are lowering your carbs, you could either up your protein or up your fats. Those are the three main macros.
