My goal weight is more of a range, 124-130. I have been maintaining this since September with the help of MFP. thats it.

That sounds about right. I'm 5'7, and when i was at 134, to lose, it had me down for about 1200 as well. maintaining is closer to 1600.

i guess that kind of makes sense, in a 'you can't outrun your fork' kind of thing. Diet is the most important factor in weight loss, not exercise. Exercise helps with strength and endurance, but the vast majority of people can simply lower their caloric intake and do just fine losing weight.

I loathe quick cook oats, so i use rolled/old fashioned or steel cut oats(toasted) instead. For add-ins, i usually do molasses, and dehydrated apples, with some flax meal. if i have dried blueberries, i'll use those instead. i could do frozen i suppose, but they dont seem to hold up as well. 5'7", sw 205, cw ~135, gw ~135. I just hit my goal range this weekend. eating for maintenance, and continuing to go to the gym for phase 2 of 'get my *kitten* together'.

im forever cold now. unless ive spent some time out in the heat. but indoors, which is set at a 'comfortable' 72, 90% guaranteed im in a robe, under blankets, or in a hoodie. wool socks in winter, btw, are a lifesaver!
