F 5'7". reached my goal weight of 150 last week, but it's not at all where I hoped to be in terms of fitness or aesthetics. Still have excess fat on arms, belly and legs. I've adjusted down to 133-138 but I'm not in any rush to get there. I'm more concerned with preserving muscle along the way.

I'm f5'8.. I thought 155 would Def have me where I wanted to be; it did not....It's funny how your goals and perception of what's fit changes the more informed you become of weight training
And nutrition. I'm at 140 and I still have a layer on my arms that I'm trying to deficit off. Lol I told myself that I'm stopping at 135 though (no matter what) since Everything else is "tiny".

5'7", sw 205, cw ~135, gw ~135. I just hit my goal range this weekend. eating for maintenance, and continuing to go to the gym for phase 2 of 'get my *kitten* together'.

    I wouldn't mind a fluctuation between 135 and 143.

I'm not super worried about my final weight more interested in body fat, lean muscle, etc. I expect I will probably end up around 180 or so when I move to maintenance.

    SW 237
    CW 196
GW??? around 12% bf so I'm guessing 180 or so.

I just used the National Health Service BMI calculator and it told me to lose 25 more pounds. They can kiss my derriere.

Very funny last sentence! Thank you for the giggle.

Starting weight was 220 and i hit my goal of 180 in 6 months. Thus was achieved by eating low carbs and reducing sugar intake as well as not eating any white breads, rices, pasta . This helped me get into the clean eating lifestyle which I enjoy. Now o am maintaining and beginning weight and resistance workouts. Messages me if I can help

    I'm 6'3"
    Start Weight: 235
    Current Weight: 217
    Goal Weight: 180-200

Had to give up running due to knee issues so started cycling and power walking instead, but kept eating like I was still running marathons. The result was a lot of weight gain, and denial about it. Have been steadily dropping 1-2 pounds a week. Could probably lose more but am at a comfortable amount of food and any less and I'd probably not be able to stick with it.
