Whats your GOAL or current weight range?

5'10", started at 265, currently 151.2. Creeping the kcals back up to hover in this range for a bit until I stop being lazy and get back to lifting. Then I'll work on slowly building up into the high 170s to mid 180s.1

4.2 lbs away from GW of 145. That will mean 50 lbs lost before I turn 50! Gotta finish this and get into maintenance!2

I just started 2 days ago actually so not much progress yet lol. But its great reading everyone's responses. It really inspires me! I'm 5'5"

GW: 115-120. I'm more curvy, with big boobs and butt so I'm scared I'd look gross going any smaller than that, but I might try 110 once I see how I look at 115-1202 -

At least I'm not the only one caught in this conundrum! I need to start 5x5 for recomp but that isn't in the cards until at least August so deficit and 6k runs as many days a week as possible is my reality going forward me thinks1 -

It's interesting to see such a variation in weights for people within the same height/age range. I have a larger frame at 5'5" and I doubt that I will ever be able to get below 145 w/o being miserable. I'm still losing pretty steadily now and am at 156. I'm interested to see what I look like (and how I feel) after I've lost 11 more pounds.0

I'm 5'7" currently 186ish...uhg..my 'goal' is a little black Lululemon dress I wore 2 years ago I was (I think)174lbs then. SO that's the FIRST goal

I’ve set 173 lbs as my goal weight and I’ve been hovering around that weight for the past two months. I’ve weighed myself every day and I’ve also carefully tracked my caloric intake during this period. My next task is to average those weights and my caloric intakes to come up with an average caloric intake for this goal weight range. This would be my new caloric level for maintenance.
Now that I’ve hit my goal weight, my future goals will be a reduction of BF by 2% and a reduction in my waist measurement by 2 inches. If I’m lucky, hitting one goal should get me close to achieving the other.
