Hi there!! The best advice I can give is to log log log! If you eat it log it. My son laughs at me. I ate one M&M earlier and then logged it and he shook his head. You'd be surprised how those little things add up. I use to not log things because I was ashamed of what I ate or I didn't want to see the numbers. But I know…
