I'm not going to get into why you chose not to eat carbs, that's none of my business. :) I can suggest, sprouted bread as such for dieting. Sometimes I'll swap out 2 pieces of bread for a couple crackers. Also Lettuce Wraps are a cool alternative.

I'm going to guess its the junk on weekends. You may be undoing all the hard work you are putting into this during the week. Limit junk without limiting yourself. Everything in moderation. If you are waiting until the weekend to indulge, you could be over doing it. I suggest incorporating this into your daily caloric…

I always hated working out and then i realized it was because i really hated cardio. Once i learned how to do other things i really grew a passion for going everyday. Now i look at it as MY time and i enjoy every minute of it.

I weigh every morning. I realize there is a daily fluctuation as folks already mentioned. One thing im going to start doing is only logging one time a week consistantly. This makes more sense for tracking actual progress and will help me assess what i need to adjust in my plan.

Eggs, almond milk, tomatoes, turkey bacon, lox, hummus, cheese, condiments, applesauce, berries...and somehow it always looks empty!

I have a lactose allergy so i read up on it and that would cause the headaches. I agree that it is not necessary for me to take it anyway since i am getting plenty of protein naturally through the foods i eat. Thanks all, this was helpful.

This post caught my eye. I am completely against body shaming. My very own sister will take any opportunity if we are bickering to call me terrible things. And I honeslty dont think she is just saying mean things. She has repeatedly done this to me and others calling me fat, old, saggy *kitten*. I just dont appreciate her…

those are the real deal girl. Looking great! I struggle with the lower pouch, can't seem to get it tight since the baby. I know that probably has to do with diet, but I can't do the extreme diet thing. They say the leg lifts work the lower part of the Abs. Try yoga to help you target that area. :)

Seltzer can quench that carbonated beverage your craving. Those fruit ones are ok here and there

1 to 3 lbs for me. I can start tue week at 122lbs but by Sat it will be 124. I know allot is water weight ajd earing habits on the weekend but it drives me crazy since i see the trend and im not dropping more just maintaining. I need to change something.
