Thank you all so much! It’s taken me about 6 months. I had a very high starting weight so that may not be typical for everyone of course. But I appreciate the encouragement and always welcome new friends! :)

That's also what I try to do, eat healthy regularly but if I want a small bite of something I don't deny myself. It helps with the temptation and doesn't make me want to eat bad later!
