Bob is a wonderful man and he was only trying to give you some suggestions. He wasn't 'telling' you to do anything. So take out of his suggestions what fit your lifestyle and move on. Different strokes for different folks.

Thank you Bob...you know I could never forget you...

This is a great way to visually see how much you have to lose and another jar to see how much you have lost. Always go with the positive side of weight loss. It doesn't matter how much you have left to lose but a celebration of what you've done. When I first began OMAD I would make it a point while out shopping to pick up…

You will get there. It's a different pace for each one of us. ♥

For some reason we tend to set ourselves up to fail. The mind is a powerful tool and we have to be stronger than the messages it sends us. When your mind tells you to eat outside of your feeding time, tell it NO!! Then say to yourself, 'you can have it, just not right now'. We teach our minds to listen to us and not our…

I like getting up early. When my children were young that was my alone time. I've always loved the sunrise and don't want to miss it. I'm happy you're doing much better eating one meal. It's a process and give your body time to adjust to it and you will be amazed at the difference you feel. Your energy should spike and…

Losing weight has given me so much confidence in myself. I know I can do anything I set my mind to so I've decided to continue working into my 70's and I just began thinking about starting a home business. I notice things that would have bothered me in the past is just a passing thought now. My stress level is low and the…

I'm up three pounds from splurge day. I was going to wait until Saturday to weigh but wanted to check so I'm kicking this 3 pounds to curb by the weekend. Who's with me? Let's get this ball rolling and take some weight off this week.

Counting calories is not necessary if you have a good handle on what you eat. If you watched the video Joe made about OMAD he says that an average sized plate filled no more than 3" high is approximately 1200-1500 calories, depending on what it is. I stopped counting last week and will check myself every once in a while to…

I hope you can Bob...you've suffered enough. Keep hydrated and keep doing whatever you're doing because it's working!!

LOVE cabbage and like having breakfast for dinner. It makes me feel cozy and brings back good memories because when I was growing up my mother would fix breakfast for dinner once a week. ♥

I'm just tired from getting up at 4:30 am to get ready for work and I get home at 3:30 - 4:00 pm and fix dinner. By the time I eat and clean up I'm beat so I guess I have a reason to be tired after dinner. ♥

You can do it...don't give up!
-
I'm looking forward to that day when I can do the same.

You are thin but you look great. Do you still get amazed when you do things that reminds you of the weight you've lost such as buying 'thin-cut clothes?
-
Welcome!

Wow....gout must be gone. Yeah!! Sounds like a lot of fun and glad the legs are in working order.

So glad you joined us and congrats on the weight loss. Your story sounds familiar. Been there, done that. We have to learn to always put our health first. Looking forward to following your journey in 2017!! We CAN do it!

Great!!

As I get older I get sleepy after dinner when I'm watching television. I remember my mother and father dozing after dinner. It may be as simple as that.

Wonderful loss!

I use Leslie DVD's too....I have to turn the volumn down because she talks a little too much for me but other than that they are easy to do and it's a good workout.
