I am using Lent to get my chocolate addiction under control. No chocolate candy at all. Is it cheating to have a fiber one bar with chocolate chips?? My Catholic guilt will get the best of me.

LOG IT, OWN IT! Tomorrow is another day. This is a lifetime journey to health. Believe me, I have had many a "chocolate day". I log every bite and move on. By the way. Keep on moving! You are doing great!

I currently do Orangetheory 4 times a week with cardio part of class,on treadmill. I usually log around 2.5 miles in the time on tread. I can also walk long distances. I walk a lot. I really want to run/ walk the half marathon. Just an awesome goal for me this year as I feel more fit at age 56 than I did at 50.

I am definitely having a major problem with what I am eating ..way too many sweets, cookies, candy, cake, pie..etc etc! But I made a commitment to be true to myself. I log every piece of cake, candy etc. I hate seeing the RED number on my diary with how many calories over but that is the truth of it. I continue to exercise…

Heck no. Did not intend to! Did only have one serving of everything and yes ate pie for dessert. With that went over by 800 calories which I have to say is a great accomplishment! Thank goodness I went to Orangetheory this morning! I just remind myself that we don’t eat like this everyday.

Stick with it! It is a journey! Good luck. I told myself it I stayed within 3 pounds of my goal weight this summer with many many small trips it would be a success.. I did.. I feel that we should not be hard on ourselves but praise all the accomplishments we have done..

I am almost at maintenance 5'3" 119 lb. I have bade of 1500 and with exercise I can often eat 1800 I am still losing about 0.5 every week or so. I feel the lower the calories you feel deprived and if less than 1200 body goes into starvation mode and I didn't lose weight
