I've had that type of pain with my appendicitis and when I first became pregnant. That's actually how I learned I was pregnant. I hadn't even missed a period, but my body knew and wanted me to know :-).

I too, found VSG the easiest surgery I've ever had - at least, physically. Emotionally, however, it was tougher than having a total hysterectomy from cervical cancer just three years earlier. I was scared sick and almost backed out!
