The key to curb my cravings is to get enough protein in my diet. I have success by using vegan protein powder with my breakfast cereal or substitute a meal with vegan smoothie ( protein powder, almond milk, spinach , kale, dry date and frozen pineapple or mango). I am focusing on getting good nutrition & finding it isβ¦

I am trying to be a vegan but finding it's hard to add plant based protein to my diet. I stared to add some vegan protein powder to my breakfast and it helps a lot. I will update after I stared a strength based exercise program . Feel free to add me . Always interested to learn from other vegans.
