I drink water, a 12C pot of coffee, 3 Diet Cokes, and flavors Sparkling (not seltzer) waters. The sparkling is usually my SodaStream drinks and all the flavors I use are 0cal.

Not all of us have a treadmill, rowing machine, or Nordic Track at home. ;)

I usually get a bit of walking, but lately just don't have the stamina to do much. My nemesis, arthritis mainly, has curtailed both stamina and desire to do much. I know that'll just lead to less ability, but planning on pushing myself more, if, as, and when, I'm feeling better.
