Down 87 lbs from 265lbs in 166 days still got that last 10-15 lbs to go. Wouldn't mind some friends with similar goals. I haven't had a cheat meal and my weight loss has not stalled I have just moved to 1 lb a week from more aggressive early loss.

Just got into size 36 jeans last month Nov 11 so today stopped in kohls and bought a pair of size 34 jeans. This way I got something to work my way into... But I slipped them on for a quick test and they fit. I will just leave them on Size 34 was my college size 25 years ago.

It has been pretty close to on point for me. I eat similarly daily. weigh food if I eat more or exercise more than common math dictates the difference. I use the projection as a guideline(guestimation) to see if I push within a given range.
