This is me in November 2011 some months before I start my weight loss journey. I was only 14-15 at the time that I started. I was always trying diets that didn't work for long and I thought I was definitely a "not" in everything. I weighed 106 kg at the time. Somewhere around 230+ lbs at 5'1.
That's me in spring 2013, I look and feel better, I'm happy with myself but I want to look better. I was already with my boyfriend for 1 year but I was still suffering from low self-esteem. I thought I didn't deserve a boyfriend or pretty much anything because of my size. With time and going out of puberty, I overcame this. (Edit: I also experimented with psychotherapy)
That's me right now! I weight around 54-56 kg and I'm in college. I'm still with my boyfriend that adores me and I am blessed to have good friends and a great family.
I'm only 19 but I can tell you that with confidence. You can be hot at any size (big or small, I've been both!). My boyfriend met me when I was around 83 kg and was falling in love with me as I fell in love for him. It's not about being hot or not, it's about feeling, thinking it Have a very good week all of you and keep fighting for what your heart desires!
Ps. I'm still 5'155 -
This is truly inspirational. Thanks for sharing pics everyone0
