Still a long way to go, but I am happy where my body's at. I doubt I am hot, but at least my current physique is much better than the skinny fat version of me prior to 2013.
Me in 2013, I had just signed up at the gym (Left), At (Photo on the right) my leanest in April 2017 at 155 lbs.
Recent bulk & cut.

5’8, Was fourteen years old in the first picture and am now 18! Hope in competing at a natural level by the time I’m 23. Take my advice, if I can do it, so can you. It isn’t impossible. Get to it 💪11

From fluffy-hot to hot...
My 3 months progress (to be continued).
Waist and belly -7cm, hips and butt -5 cm, thighs -6 cm and I'm toned - I've never been. 2 more kg to go.

Umm its not a cry for attention if its asked for and appreciated. I love these posts because they give me motivation and a reality check that it actually can be done! Keep on lady's and gentleman keep on! Congrats on all your successes. They deserve to be applauded!!

I don't know about 'everyone' but I achieved this with home exercising for 3 months (about 80 hours in total) and only in the last two used calorie counting in order to have a calorie deficit and lose weight - and I saw that because I started losing weight much faster.

I don't know about hot, but I am definitely in a lot better shape than 99 lbs ago. The first pic is at about 280. I was actually 293 at my heaviest. Second pic is today at 194. I still have another 10 or 15 to go and then bulk from there.21 -
