Here is what i had today!
Egg White Omelette with Cottage cheese and spinach topped with Parmesan cheese.
Apple Maple Chicken sausages.

Here are a couple of recent breakfasts:
Bob's 5- grain hot cereal with a blueberry/mangoes/strawberry blend of fruit and a scoop of vanilla protein whey
A one-egg veggie omelette made with a big ole pile of locally foraged mushrooms, spinach, onions, and a little blue cheese.

Christ, I need to step up my breakfast game. Mine usually consists of bran cereal with banana and a protein shake. These all look yummy!0

I have made these egg muffins for two weeks. They are easy to make and reheat well. Grab and go.

Yesterday's: Siggi's Icelandic yogurt (blueberry), topped with fresh blueberries and whipped cream
Today's: Homemade egg Mcmuffin with a side of avocado and sweet potato

I'm 100% loving Egg White and Oatmeal Pancakes right now.
And if it's not that. I bake Egg Cups most weeks as a quick grab and go with Honeycrisp apple.
