I've just seen this group and would love to be a part of it! So here is my Saturday Success! Last Friday (5th Aug) I bought my first Fitbit, and I have found it so motivating for my weight loss journey. I lost 1.7kgs (3.7lbs) this week and I can't wait to keep adding to that amount!

Hi everyone, Feel free to add me. I am on MFP everyday and love the supportive community. I'm currently 218.9lbs, down from 222.7, with a goal of around 172. I'm 5"5 and 27yo. I've been at this for just under a month and am working towards reaching 199 by Christmas.

I haven't banned anything, but I try to find low cal alternatives where possible. For example, I eat vege chips instead of regular chips, and Diet Coke instead of full sugar Coke. It still satisfies my craving, but I feel better about my choices.

My dream body is definitely my own body, only smaller and with a flatter stomach. I love my boobs and my waist to hip ratio, but I don't love being a size 18.

Thanks all. You've given me some great advice and different perspectives. I'm thinking about doing 2 a day until I drop 5kgs, then bringing it down to one a day for another 5kgs and then easing myself off them. I'll just have to make sure I have healthy snacks around me for when the hunger kicks in.

I weigh myself daily to keep myself accountable, and record my weigh in's every Saturday to track my progress.

Didn't spend any money on food today! A huge achievement, as I often find myself grabbing a chocolate bar at the supermarket or heading to the drive thru on the way home from work. But not today!

To finally get upside down in my pole dancing class. I've been trying for weeks and I'm so close!
