The first time I lost a substantial amount of weight (15kgs) I went from 36GG to a 34H. I was really annoyed, and made an appointment with a plastic surgeon. I've since gained all the weight back, plus more, and am now a 36HH. I'm now aiming to lose 35kgs, and dream of being a G up or less.

My BMI is 35.78 ( Obese class II), down from 37.76. I never realised, before trying to lose weight, how many kgs it takes to drop your BMI. I still have 30kgs to lose until I'm in the healthy range.

Today was not a good calorie day. I ate salt and vinegar chips for lunch, and McDonald's for dinner. I've been feeling really stressed lately. I'm moving interstate next year to be with my long distance boyfriend, and registering to be a teacher and find a job in this state is a frustrating process.

Sunday Share Had a bit of a sulk on the way to get lunch today. I wanted McDonalds, but I ended up talking myself out of it. Then I got frustrated at myself for having to always be conscious of what I'm eating, and that I can't just eat 3000 calories a day like I used to, and lose weight.
