What's your favourite way to exercise/work out?
Mine is dancing. I took up pole dancing last year, and love the strength it has given me, as well as slimming down my waist line. My goal is to take up adult ballet/contemporary classes once I get out of the obese weight range.

What are some of the things you noticed as you've lost weight?
For me, I'm only down 4.6kgs, with another 20 to go, but I've already noticed that I don't feel as sluggish when I wake up in the mornings. I also find I'm sleeping better. My skin looks a lot clearer and I'm feeling more confident in my clothes as they start to fit better. What have you noticed that keeps you motivated?
