What are some of the things you noticed as you've lost weight?

For me, I'm only down 4.6kgs, with another 20 to go, but I've already noticed that I don't feel as sluggish when I wake up in the mornings. I also find I'm sleeping better. My skin looks a lot clearer and I'm feeling more confident in my clothes as they start to fit better.
