Has anybody done lite n easy and had any success? Or tried out a similar program?
I am living on my own, and get so bored of having to have the same meal over and over, because it's so hard where I am to buy single serves of groceries.
It looks quite affordable, and the meal choices look really appealing. So I'm more wondering about the taste, and the weightloss success it has.

Thank you.

It's expensive, are you considering all the meals or just the dinner meals?

I live by myself but I don't buy single serves of groceries. I also make dinner meals in bulk and freeze in single serves for convenience. I use the slow cooker. Casseroles, soups, stews, pasta and rice meals etc

It's very affordable and convenient. The meals are very nice and you get all snacks too. I loved lite n easy but I'm currently trying something else...oh and you can customise your orders too. You don't need to buy a whole day or even a whole week!!!

Well, it's double my food budget, and I live alone too, but I like to cook, so I'm not a target customer. This can be a good solution for anyone who doesn't want to cook and find the meals attractive.

Weightloss comes from an appropriate, sustained, calorie deficit, it has nothing to do with what "program" you are "on" - you can eat anything you want and lose weight. "*Individual results may vary" is crucial information - the more you have to lose, the faster you can lose.

I eat a varied diet, great tasting and cheap, because I plan my meals. I base my shopping on cheap and versatile non/low-perishable single food ingredients - grains, nuts, pasta last for ages, and so do canned goods, eggs, potatoes, carrots, apples, etc, and frozen vegetables and single frozen meat and fish. I also buy fresh meat and fish and freeze in portions. My cooking is basic but sufficient - "real" cooking (soup, casserole, stir-fry etc) twice a week; Monday dinners provide me with leftovers for Wednesday, "lazy" cooking (protein+starch+veg) the rest.

Try bulk cooking food instead. I'm single and it works out a lot easier, and cheaper.

I started lite n easy about six weeks ago. I'm Greek. I love to cook. But unfortunately the style of cooking I was doing plus portions was not doing any favours for my partner and I. I'm also a nurse so varied shifts made it undesirable to cook after work and it meant we ate out. A lot. I'm finding it great. I get all my meals plus snacks. Sure it costs a bit. But I'm budgeting that into my life and it saves going to the shops and buying a whole heap of crap I will never use. Plus I'm seeing results. I've lost over ten kilos in this time. I find I have more energy and am able to take part in exercise classes before and after work. I wish I had done this while I was single because it just makes sense.
