If you have weightloss/non scale goals for the end of the year and holiday season, then let's add each other and get supporting.
My NS goal is to buy an AU size 14 bikini that fits. My current one of a size 16, but it's a bit tight.
I'd also like to lose 10kgs (22lbs) by Christmas.
