Yes why? They are healthier than regular beef or pork dogs. I eat fresh soy edamame but enjoy veggie burgers, soy taco crumbles, soy buffalo wings as a treat.

Tracking their points is too much of a hassle.. The simpler it is, more chances of sticking to it. I don't have time to track their crazy point system. Personally I don't care for egg whites. I need protein so I eat just plain old regular eggs. Hard boiled in salad or cooked for breakfast.

I gave up sugar except fruit, and all white carbs, white rice, pasta, most breads except whole grain, potatoes and potato chips, and flour. I lost 80 pounds. I like the lentil pasta from Costco and the whole grain carbs I do have are only in morning or early lunch. Works for me but it's not for everyone.
