Over fed and fed up!

Looking for support. I'm just done with feeling sick and tired. I have at least 100 pounds to shed and no real plan. I could use some practical advice. Anyone out there?

    Start with small steps. If you have a bad meal or just bad day, start over next day. Every day is a new day. And never give up.

    I have quite a bit of weight to lose myself! It will be a rough road ahead but so worth it, right! I have pain in my knees, I think it's my body saying you're too heavy!

    I'm ready to put my health first and invest time in myself and so should you!

    Let's stay motivated!!
