Hey what's up. I've been using myfitnesspal for a little while now but never joined any of the message boards. Figured I'd give it a try.

I'm trying to lose weight but also build muscle. Been really liking the gym, just trying to stay consistent. Looking for some friends to add on here trying to do the same thing.

    Consistency is key! It's so easy to take one to many rest days and start to like the relaxation to much! Making the gym fun and enjoyable is the key :) #lovethegym
