Thanks for the advice particularly Meredith :-) I have been sticking to 1200 calories and exercising but still not shifting the weight. I was considering some spin classes for the HIIT. Maybe an increase in calories would work as I have been feeling sluggish. Will not be beaten!

I am under throughout the week by around 200 and then over at the wkend by around 200-300. It balances out, just do my weigh on Fridays rather than Mondays!

Hi Dani, I have been doing some strength training but only from home, planks, press ups etc YAYOG. Can't afford the gym, could I be doing anything else from home? If it is water weight then at least it's gone now and will start losing inches?!
