Protein doesn't make you full, carbs do. Try added in more complex grains and some beans and eating fruit. I usually keep a banana around for when I peckish mid-afternoon.

You should go to a gastro doc to get checked out, sometimes it's not just gas or IBS, it could be a more serious condition. Hopefully not, and you can work with your doctors on symptom relief through diet and medications.

Why does it have to be low carb? And further I don't think think that's possible...oatmeal is not bad. In fact, it might keep you fuller longer.

Why the heck would you be low carb and vegan? That doesn't make any sense because vegetables and fruit have carbs there is no getting around that. Drop the low carb and eat tofu, tempeh, seitan, beans and grains.

It's more about what you need to reduce eating rather than start eating when it comes to cholesterol...try having more meatfree meals....even 'lean' meats can increase bad cholesterol if eaten alot.....and add more whole grains,beans and veggies and fruits to your diet...

Eat tofu, tempeh, seitan and beans. You don't need a ton of protein though tbh. If you want to add more just make a protein smoothie. Pretty easy under 200 calories

Being vegetarian isn't about just taking meat out of your diet or just replacing it with eggs and dairy. You should eat more beans, lentils and not be afraid of tofu, seitan and tempeh and whole grains. Then again it depends on your goal. If it's something ridiculous like 150g then reconsider if that is necessary
